Its marvellous, central location was a plus. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, outstandingly accommodating all the time.

Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

The hotel was in a particularly good location really close to the surrounding area including Wasilla, Anchorage, and Palmer. I had recently upgraded, brand-new room with bath, fridge plus a fan. The service was good with a friendly atmosphere.

The room was spacious and clean, with recently remodeled interiors. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. I appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and sink in the room, allowing me to cook and wash things. The owner was friendly and provided us with helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in town. Despite the noise from the neighboring room, the stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel. I had a great experience at the Pioneer Motel and would happily stay there again.

Spotless, trendy boutique hotel, I loved well-appointed and brand-new rooms and helpful staff. The room with comfy beds. The location of the property was nice and absolutely perfect, close to downtown. There was dessert restaurant Hot Hot Chocolate Shoppe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a fridge. Everyone was very good and kind.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

Great value for the money, comfortable and clean rooms that have been completely remodeled. The location is convenient, close to the highway and minutes away from the Alaska State Fair. The staff is friendly, helpful, and even allowed us to leave our trailer while we were house hunting. They also gave us a bag of delicious chocolate chip cookies as a nice touch.

The food for breakfast could have been better.
